What Do I Do?
When an offer is received for your house, I will contact
you personally and visit you to discuss and go over the offer. You will be
advised of every aspect of the offer, and more importantly, what it all means.
The prospective buyer may want this doing, or that attending to, or maybe an
unreasonable request for something else. We will respond to this and advise you
on how to correctly address each issue. Together, we will complete the necessary
forms for you with your responses to the offer, and return it back to the
buyer's agent on your behalf. Be assured I will act on your behalf endeavoring
to obtain the best possible price for your property.
What Will It All Cost?
Naturally, we charge a commission for our
services. We know our service is proven, and of the highest standards. I will
discuss this with you at the time of listing your property. Remember though,
that we are a small independent company, and our charges are likely to be less
than the big boys of the real estate world.
So, in effect, you could get better service for
less money.
