Once you have decided to start the search for your next home, I will meet with you and discuss all of your requirements. How many bedrooms, bathrooms etc., location you prefer, how much land you want, rambler, two-story, three-story, price range etc. All these issues are important to you and I need to know exactly what you need. Once your needs have been assessed I will search the databases of the North West Multiple Listing Service to try and match your requirements with listed properties. All properties matching your criteria, or similar, will be pulled from the computer for you. I will discuss and go over each property with you, and make arrangements to show you any that you wish to view. If you are not sure on certain properties I will arrange a series of drive-bys for you. Nothing will be too much trouble for us here at Delaurenti Realty.

What Do I Do?
When you have found a property you like, the next step is to make an offer with a view to purchasing it. I will guide you through this process with help and advice gained from years of experience in this field. Together, we will complete the necessary forms and submit them to the seller's agent on your behalf. Be assured I will act on your behalf endeavoring to obtain the best possible deal on the property of your choice.

What Will It All Cost?
Working with Delaurenti to purchase your property generally costs you, the buyer, nothing in commissions. All commissions resulting from a successful sale are paid by the seller. You will be responsible for the normal charges and fees from your Escrow and Loan companies.
