My name is Pam Backus and I am the principal sales associate for Delaurenti Realty, Inc., of Black Diamond, near Enumclaw, Washington. 

I live in the Enumclaw area, and have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and during this time I have gained much experience in all aspects of real estate and products associated with it, including escrow management, title work, lending, and most important of all...customer service.

I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity of owning my own escrow business for 20 years - Frontier Escrow, Inc., of Maple Valley - and eventually three other branches - in which I gained so much experience in closing real estate transactions. - closing on a transaction can be a very stressful ordeal for many people, so I am able to apply all of my experience to my real estate clients to ensure that they have the most comfortable time while their transaction is closing. After many years (20 to be precise), however, I decided to go back to world of real estate, and for the past 10 years I have been able to offer so much experience and assistance to my clients through Delaurenti Realty.

Delaurenti Realty, Inc., is a small independent real estate company that has served the Southeast King County for over 25 years. We have stayed small, and chose it to be that way, so that we could offer what we believe is a superior service that the majority of the "big boys" cannot compete with.

I live on the job - right here in Enumclaw - and work from my home office which is fully equipped with modern technology to ensure up-to-date information is always available. I have my finger on the pulse of all real estate happenings in the area, and nothing much happens regarding real estate that I don't get to hear about. This often results in a heads-up for many of my clients.

Finally, my number one goal is to help people achieve their dreams. At some time or other we all have dreams about that house which will be perfect for us. Sadly, many of those dreams go unfulfilled.
